Booking Terms

2. No Liability for Contractor or Team Actions

Racework is not liable for:

• the performance, quality, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor;
• any actions, misconduct, or negligence of a contractor or Team;
• any damage to property, equipment, reputation, or brand suffered by either party;
• any injury, illness, accident, or harm suffered by any person arising out of a contractor's or Team's activities.

3. Payment & Compensation

Racework is not responsible for negotiating, facilitating, guaranteeing, or enforcing any payment between contractors and Teams. All financial arrangements are strictly between the contracting parties.

4. No Guarantee of Engagement

Racework does not guarantee:

• that a contractor will be hired by a Team;
• that a Team will find a suitable contractor;
• the availability, suitability, or reliability of any User.

5. Independent Relationship

All Users acknowledge that they are independent parties contracting directly with one another. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between Racework and any User.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Racework for any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to work performed by contractors; conduct of Teams; and disputes between contractors and Teams. Racework's liability is capped at the fees received from the relevant party in the last 12 months.

7. Work Eligibility and Immigration Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with employment, tax, licensing, immigration, and visa requirements in the country where services are performed. Racework does not provide legal, immigration, or visa services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
