Registration Terms
Covers the terms for registering and using the Racework platform.
1. Platform Use
By registering, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement and acknowledges the nature of Racework as a networking and sourcing platform.
2. User Responsibility
Each user is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide
- Their communications and interactions with other users
- Compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their activities
3. Messaging and Communications
Racework provides a messaging system to facilitate communication between users but is not responsible for content shared, transmitted, or received. Users must not use the messaging service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited purposes. Racework does not actively monitor messages but may investigate or remove content if a complaint is received or if required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Racework disclaims all liability arising from:
- Any failure by users to comply with legal, immigration, or work eligibility requirements
- Any misuse, abuse, or unlawful use of the messaging service
- Any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from user-to-user interactions
5. Platform Rules
Users agree to comply with lawful instructions, applicable laws, and the rules of the Platform, and to act in good faith. Users must not reverse engineer or tamper with the platform in any way. Users are indemnified for any breaches of these terms.
6. Acceptance of Additional Terms
By accepting these terms, the User also agrees to:
- The terms of the Direct Debit contracts
- The terms of the Data Protection Agreement
7. Governing Law
Registration and platform use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
