Submissions Terms
For Contractors Listing Services, Teams Submitting Work Requests, and User Reviews.
1. Nature of Submissions
Contractors may submit profiles ("Listings") to showcase their services, experience, availability, and rates. Teams may submit work requests ("Requests") describing their needs for contractors, including project details, required qualifications, and timeframes.
2. Accuracy and Responsibility
All information in Listings and Requests must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Submitters are solely responsible for the content they provide and must ensure it does not misrepresent skills, experience, availability, or project requirements.
3. Prohibited Content
Submissions must not include:
- False, misleading, or deceptive statements about qualifications, experience, project details, or user experiences
- Personal attacks, harassment, or offensive language
- Discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content
- Confidential or private information except as required for legitimate business purposes
- Spam, promotional, or irrelevant material not related to motorsport contracting, team needs, or genuine user experiences
4. Moderation and Removal
Racework reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any Listing, Request, or Review at its sole discretion, including if it violates these terms, is subject to valid complaints, or is deemed harmful to platform integrity.
5. Verification
Racework may require supporting documentation or references to verify accuracy of submissions. Failure to provide requested verification may result in removal or suspension.
6. Updates and Removal
Contractors and Teams are responsible for promptly updating or removing their Listings or Requests if circumstances change.
7. Reviews & Feedback
Reviews are sole opinions of individual users; Racework does not verify accuracy or endorse opinions. Reviews should reflect genuine, first-hand experiences and remain relevant and respectful. Service providers may post professional responses. Disputes may be investigated by Racework. Racework disclaims liability for user-submitted content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Racework is not responsible for content, accuracy, or outcomes of Listings, Requests, or Reviews. All arrangements result solely from parties' negotiations.
9. User Responsibility
Users must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Submissions must be made in good faith for legitimate motorsport contracting purposes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English and Welsh law, with disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
