Racework Contractor Sourcing Disclaimer Agreement
This agreement is between Racework LTD and any party using the platform to source or connect with contractors and teams.
Nature of Services
Racework is a networking and sourcing platform that connects contractors and motorsport organisations.
No Liability for Contractor or Team Actions
Racework disclaims responsibility for contractor performance, team conduct, property damage, injuries, or harm arising from user activities.
Payment & Compensation
Racework is not responsible for negotiating or guaranteeing payments between contractors and teams. All financial arrangements are strictly between the contracting parties.
No Guarantee of Engagement
The platform does not guarantee that contractors will be hired or that teams will find suitable contractors.
Independent Relationship
Users are independent parties contracting directly with one another. No employer-employee or partnership relationship exists between Racework and users.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Racework from claims arising from contractor work, team conduct, or disputes between parties.
Liability Cap
Racework LTD's liability is capped at the fees received by the relevant party in the last 12 months.
Review & Feedback Policy
User-Generated Content
Reviews are individual user opinions. Racework does not verify accuracy or endorse opinions expressed.
Prohibited Content
Reviews cannot contain defamatory statements, personal attacks, discriminatory content, confidential information, or spam.
Moderation Rights
Racework reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove reviews at its discretion.
Right of Reply
Service providers may post professional public responses to reviews.
Disputes
Contractors may request investigation of false or defamatory reviews. Racework's decision is final.
Liability & Responsibility Disclaimer
Work Eligibility
Users must ensure compliance with employment, tax, licensing, immigration, and visa requirements. Racework does not provide legal, immigration, or visa services.
Messaging
The messaging system facilitates communication only. Racework is not liable for content shared and does not monitor messages actively.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for accuracy of information, conduct, and legal compliance.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English and Welsh law with exclusive jurisdiction in those courts.
Direct Debit Terms
Purpose
Authorizes Racework to collect recurring payments by Direct Debit for services.
Payment Terms
Payments collected per subscription agreement terms. Advance notice given for changes.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel by notifying their bank or by informing Racework in writing at info@racework.co.uk.
Refunds
Entitled to immediate refunds under the Direct Debit Guarantee for errors.
Service Suspension
Racework may suspend access if payments are not received.
UK Direct Debit Guarantee
30 working days' advance notice required for changes. Full refund available for errors.
